AMY GRANT SAYS SHE WISHES SHE'D WRITTEN MORE SONGS ABOUT HER CHILDREN
     NEW YORK (AP) - One of Amy Grant's biggest hits was inspired by motherhood. Now, Grant says she wishes she'd written songs about all her children. Grant wrote "Baby, Baby" when her first daughter Millie was 6 weeks old. She says "that child is now a senior in high school and that song will help pay for her college tuition." She never did write another song so specifically about one of her kids. But, she says "I'm sure just our life together is reflected in a lot of things." This Thursday, Grant performs at The Ritz Theatre in Tiffin, Ohio.
 
ROGER CLEMENS APOLOGIZES FOR "MISTAKES IN PERSONAL LIFE," DENIES AFFAIR WITH 15-YEAR-OLD
     NEW YORK (AP) - Star pitcher Roger Clemens doesn't mention Mindy McCready by name, but he's denying having had an affair with a teenager. The Daily News reported last week Clemens had a decade-long relationship with McCready that began when she was 15. Last week, McCready told the Daily News she couldn't "refute anything in the story." In a statement issued by his spokesman, Clemens apologizes for unspecified mistakes in his personal life but denies having an improper relationship with a 15-year-old. He says, "Nothing could be further from the truth. This relationship has been twisted and distorted far beyond reality."

KENNY CHESNEY TO HEADLINE ANNUAL SOUTH DAKOTA BIKE WEEK
     STURGIS, S.D. (AP) - Kenny Chesney is going to be hanging with some leather clad bikers this summer. He's set to headline the annual Sturgis Bike Week in South Dakota. The event runs August 1st through the 7th.
 
WYNONNA AND MOM REUNITE FOR STAGECOACH FESTIVAL
     INDIO, Calif. (AP) - It was just like old times for Wynonna and Naomi Judd this past weekend. They reunited to perform at the Stagecoach Country Music Festival in Indio, California. USA Today reports Wynonna said she was grateful to be sharing the stage with her mom. Commenting on her mom's rhinestone attire, Wynonna said "You're living proof it's not age, it's attitude."
 
WYNONNA APPEARS ON EPISODE OF "EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION"
     LOS ANGELES (AP) - Wynonna Judd performs on an episode of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" later this month. The episode focuses on a family in Cheyenne, Wyoming, who want to turn their 20 acres into a safe haven for animals. Wynonna pays a visit to the construction site and performs for the volunteers. And it's Wynonna who welcomes the family back home during the reveal.
 
LADY ANTEBELLUM CHOSEN TO PERFORM ON PEPSI FREE CONCERT SERIES
     NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Lady Antebellum will be giving it away for free. The band is performing as part of the Pepsi Free Concert Series "DeepRockDrive." They'll perform a live on-line, interactive show on May 16th. Fans can log onto DeepRockDrive.com and send shout outs to the stage, vote on what the next song will be from the set list, personalize their views by selecting camera angles and send digital applause to the artists on stage.
 
FAITH HILL, OPRAH WINFREY, SHARON STONE HELP FIGHT CANCER
     CHICAGO (AP) - Faith Hill, Olivia Newton-John, Jane Seymour and Oprah Winfrey have joined forces to promote Breast Cancer Awareness. They've autographed Pink Kitchen Gloves and Pink Aprons to benefit the American Cancer Society. The initiative is part of the company, The Pampered Chef's "Help Whip Cancer" campaign. Fans can bid on the items by going to the Web site pamperedchef.com.
